Data Center Anti-Static Epoxy Floors
Ensuring Optimal Performance with Anti-Static Flooring Solutions

Introduction
Welcome to our comprehensive guide on Data Center Anti-Static Epoxy Floors. In data centers, maintaining a controlled environment is crucial for the optimal performance of sensitive electronic equipment.
PumaCRETE anti-static epoxy flooring solutions are designed to minimize static electricity, protecting your equipment and ensuring smooth operations.

What Are PumaCRETE Anti-Static Epoxy Floors?
PumaCRETE Anti-static epoxy floors are specially formulated flooring systems that prevent the build-up of static electricity. They are made by mixing epoxy resins with conductive materials, providing a durable surface that safely dissipates static charges.
Benefits of PumaCRETE Anti-Static Epoxy Floors
Static Dissipation: Reduces the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD), protecting sensitive electronic components.
Durability: Offers long-lasting protection in high-traffic areas with minimal maintenance.
Safety: Enhances workplace safety by reducing the likelihood of static-related accidents.

DATA CENTER RESINOUS FLOOR SYSTEMS
PumaCRETE floors and coatings are a cost effective alternative for your data center floor, and have been customized per your needs. New concrete or renovation, we have a system that meets your needs.
200 Series PumaCRETE (New concrete and concrete in good condition):
For these projects, we recommend our 200 series PumaCRETE roll-on coating system.
STEP 1: proper surface preparation; holes, cracks, and any major damage should be pre-filled using a high strength patching material such as 117-PumaCOVE Resin epoxy.
STEP 2: 104-PumaPOXY MB (moisture blocker) prime coat is applied, for proper sealing of the concrete and moisture protection (may be applied over new concrete after 7-10 days).
STEP 3: an optional 104-PumaPOXY MB mid coat may may be applied (recommended for renovation projects)
STEP 4: Finally, 112-PumaESD/d top coat is roll applied for a finish that has an abrasion resistant, satin finish.
NOTE: Moving joints can be pre-filled with our PumaFLEX 115 (or any quality flexible, joint sealant) just prior to the PumaESD top coat.

300 SERIES PumaCRETE (rough concrete-renovation areas)
These areas require our thicker, slurry applied urethane base coat. Available in 1/16-inch to 1/4-inch versions, this system hides most concrete surface damage and substantially levels the surface, depending on thickness selected.
SAME STEPS AS 200 SERIES, substituting step 3 with our 301-SL base coat at proper thickness.

GROUNDING:
After installation is complete, the new flooring is grounded using our conductive copper tape, adhered to the floor and wall near ground locations.
