100/200 SERIES  PumaCRETE Flooring          LIGHT to MEDIUM DUTY 

ROLL APPLIED (painted on) COATINGS

  • TRAFFIC CONDITIONS EXPECTED –   foot, cart, occasional powered lift truck
  • THICKNESS – 12 mils to 60 mils thickness (.012 – .060 inch)
  • FINISH:  available in satin and hi-gloss

 

  • APPLICATION – spread w/ flat or serrated (v-notch) squeegee and rolled

300 SERIES  PumaCRETE Flooring               MEDIUM to HEAVY DUTY 

TOPPING-RESURFACER w TOP COAT or LOCK COAT

  • TRAFFIC CONDITIONS EXPECTED – All around durability for most heavy duty industrial traffic conditions. 
  • THICKNESS – 1/16 to 1/4 inch
  • HIDING POWER – increased hiding power for concrete surface defects for renovation.
  • FINISH:  available in satin and hi-gloss

 

  • APPLICATION – spread w/ serrated (v-notch) squeegee, cam or pin rake.

400 SERIES  PumaCRETE  Flooring              EXTRA HEAVY DUTY 

HAND TROWELED MORTAR, RESURFACER, SCREED    *This system is not designed for high aesthetics.

  • TRAFFIC CONDITIONS EXPECTED – maximum durability for the most abusive environments.
  • THICKNESS – 1/4 to 1/2 inch
  • HIDING POWER – increased hiding power for concrete surface defects for renovation.  
  • FINISH:  Matte/flat.  May be waxed for hi-gloss appearance.

 

  • APPLICATION – Spread and finish w concrete finishing trowel (one pass application)

                                       (option: spread with rake or screedbox)

  • TRAFFIC CONDITIONS EXPECTED – foot/cart traffic up to heavy powered lifts.
  • THICKNESS –  12 mils to 1/4 inch
  • HIDING POWER – increased hiding power for concrete surface defects for renovation.
  • FINISH:  satin and high gloss

 

  • APPLICATION – spread w/cam or pin rake and/or serrated (v-notch) squeegee.
